Pause provides short guided reset experiences designed for general wellbeing and workday support. The service may evolve, change, or be interrupted from time to time.

Pause is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, seek support from an appropriate qualified professional.

4. Permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, copy content at scale, scrape unlawfully, reverse engineer prohibited portions, or otherwise misuse the product in a way that harms the operator or other users.

5. Intellectual property

The product experience, text, reset content, branding, and design remain the property of the operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

6. Availability and changes

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability
